BUZZ-Health insurers turn red after judge dismisses Humana Medicare lawsuit

** Shares of some health insurers fall after a Texas federal judge dismissed Humana's HUM.N lawsuit against Department of Health and Human Services

** Lawsuit challenged how Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services administered Medicare Advantage and Part D Star Ratings program

** Shares of Medicare-focused insurer Humana fall 2.8% to $217.34, CVS Health CVS.N down 1.4%, UnitedHealth Group UNH.N slip 1%

** Shares of Elevance Health ELV.N drop 5%, Molina Healthcare MOH.N fall 4.6%, Centene CNC.N dips 2% and Cigna CI.N edges lower 0.3%

** Judge ruled that Humana failed to complete required administrative appeal process before filing case

** Court dismissed case "without prejudice," allowing Humana to refile case after finishing appeals process

** Including session's moves, HUM down 14.3%, UNH down 43.8%, CVS up 38.6%, ELV down 22.6%, MOH down 33.3%, CNC down 53%, CI up 7.4% YTD
