消息面上，7月16日，中国碳中和发布公告，集团旗下Future Marvel Limited近日顺利完成碳稳定币(Carbon Coin)的技术测试，每一枚Carbon Coin (1：1)锚定1公斤碳信用。Carbon Coin是一套基于真实碳信用的碳信用锚定协议, 利用区块链技术与智慧合约技术，实现碳信用交易的高效、透明、自动化。配合碳信用锚定协议，该应用系统包括碳帐户、碳减排项目及碳信用的生命周期管理系统，碳稳定币交易系统等，以提升碳稳定币、资料相容性以及完整碳资产交易功能，帮助全球碳信用的代币化。
据介绍，全球碳市场面临诸多挑战，包括效率降低、缺乏标准化、透明度不足以及市场碎片化等问题。一个统一的通证化碳生态系统，可以使碳信用在买卖双方之间便捷转移，并支持无缝的结算，将有助于全球碳交易发展。目前，自愿碳信用市场创新时机已成熟，碳信用的代币也有助于增强底层资产的可信度，这项技术可提升资讯与价格的透明度，最终带来市场流动性的提升。
