智通财经APP获悉，八马茶业于1月17日所递交的港股招股书满6个月，于7月17日失效，递表时华泰国际、农银国际、天风国际为其联席保荐人。
据此前招股书，八马茶业是中国高端茶市场的领导者、高端中国茶领域销量第一名、中国最具知名度的茶品牌。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，按2023年末茶叶连锁专卖店数量计，该公司在中国茶叶市场排名第一;按2023年销售收入计，该公司在中国高端茶叶市场排名第一。
截至2025年1月10日，公司拥有两个茶叶精制生产基地，安溪生产基地位于福建省安溪县，主要从事铁观音茶叶及组合茶的精制，而该公司的武夷山生产基地位于福建省武夷山市，主要从事武夷岩茶及红茶叶的精制。
