纽约联邦储备银行行长John Williams表示，他预计关税将在未来几个月对通胀产生更大影响，因此美联储当前采取限制性立场“完全恰当”。

　　Williams周三在为纽约商业经济协会组织的一场活动准备的讲稿中表示：“尽管目前为止，我们在硬的汇总数据中只看到相对温和的关税影响，但我预计未来几个月影响将会加剧。维持这种适度的限制性货币政策立场是完全恰当的。”

　　美联储今年一直维持基准利率不变，外界普遍预计7月末官员们在华盛顿开会时将继续按兵不动。期H市场走势显示，投资者押注下次降息将是在9月。

　　Williams表示，他预计在今年整个下半年及进入2026年，关税会使通胀率上升约一个百分点。他还表示，美元走弱“可能也会在一定程度上增加未来的通胀压力”。
