智通财经APP获悉，英诺赛科(02577)再涨近4%，本周累计涨幅已超17%，截至发稿，涨3.46%，报43.3港元，成交额1.09亿港元。
消息面上，据报道，英诺赛科正加速其8英寸氮化镓晶圆产能的扩张。公司计划将当前每月13000片的产能提升至2025年底的20000片。长远目标是未来五年内将月产能进一步扩大至70000片。英诺赛科预计，12英寸GaN的产业化最早要到2030年才能进入大规模商业化阶段。在此之前，公司将致力于最大化8英寸平台的规模效应和成本优势。
此外，据科创板日报报道，台积电近期已正式证实，将在未来两年内逐步退出氮化镓（GaN）晶圆代工业务。英诺赛科董事长骆薇薇认为，氮化镓晶圆并不适合代工模式；台积电放弃GaN代工业务是行业内的差异化选择。6月30日，英诺赛科发布公告称，国际半导体巨头意法半导体(STM)在原禁售期届满当日，主动承诺未来12个月内不减持任何股份。
