IT之家 7 月 18 日消息，HKC 惠科首款自主研发并制造的 OLED 模组于 7 月 18 日在深圳惠科创新半导体显示工业园成功点亮。

惠科表示，作为惠科布局 OLED 赛道的战略级成果，此次量产的 OLED 模组攻克了核心工艺壁垒。产品采用创新的氧化物半导体背板技术，结合 Hybrid 混合面板架构设计，历经 5 个月的技术攻坚，在惠科首条全制程 OLED 产线上，完成从设计到试产的全流程验证。

此次成功点亮不仅填补了惠科在 OLED 领域的空白，更助力惠科构建起覆盖 LCD、Mini LED 至 OLED，涵盖小尺寸至大尺寸的全应用场景产品体系。

IT之家注意到，目前国产 OLED 产业传统上聚焦于以智能手机用屏为代表的小尺寸终端产品市场，包括京东方、TCL 华星、维信诺、天马、和辉等。如今惠科加入战局，国产 OLED 又迎来一位新成员，国产厂商们正努力向显示器和电视等大尺寸 OLED 市场突破。
