Lumos Diagnostics 周三宣布，与香港生物科技公司PHASE Scientific签署价值高达3.17亿美元（4.87亿澳元）的六年期独家协议，PHASE Scientific将负责Lumos Diagnostics病毒与细菌感染采血测试工具FebriDx在美国市场的分销。

该协议将在FebriDx取得美国FDA CLIA豁免后加速推进。

Lumos首席执行官Doug Ward表示，这项协议验证了FebriDx@技术的价值，并为之进入美国市场提供了明确途径。
