据华尔街日报7月16日报道，法国游戏公司育碧娱乐周三宣布，任命克里斯托夫·德雷恩斯和查理·吉耶莫担任新设子公司的联席首席执行官。该子公司获得中国科技巨头腾讯的财务支持，未来将整合育碧旗下《刺客信条》《孤岛惊魂》《彩虹六号》等系列作品的开发团队。
该子公司还将负责所有正在开发及未来计划中的游戏项目。此次任命发布距腾讯与育碧达成股权投资协议已过去四个月。根据协议，腾讯将投资11.6亿欧元（约合13.5亿美元），获得该子公司约25%的股权。交易预计将在2025年底前完成。
育碧表示，此轮融资将用于削减公司债务、改善资产负债结构，并加速旗下重点游戏项目的推进。在新架构下，公司预计未来数年每年将从子公司年收入中获得超过8000万欧元的版税分成。
新任联席CEO德雷恩斯拥有35年育碧任职经验，曾创立并领导蒙特利尔工作室，最近担任北美区总经理；吉耶莫则曾领导Owlient工作室，并于今年加入育碧的内部转型委员会。（国际财闻汇）
