智通财经APP讯，利华控股集团(01346)发布截至2025年6月30日止6个月的中期业绩，该集团取得收益9140.07万美元，同比减少4.13%;公司拥有人应占溢利535.1万美元，同比增加24.32%;每股基本盈利0.85美分，拟派发中期股息每股3港仙。
回顾期间纯利增加主要由于以下原因：其他收入增加约60万美元，乃由于手头现金的利息收入增加，显示本集团现金状况强劲;本集团维持健全的内部控制及全面的保险保障，以保障我们的应收款项，确保减值亏损最小化。透过严谨的监控及系统评估程序，我们的内部控制机制持续准确评估及管理信贷风险，从而减轻潜在亏损。于回顾期间，贸易应收款项减值亏损减少约190万美元，彰显我们风险管理措施的成效;销售及分销开支增加约110万美元，主要由于员工成本本公司已在领导力及人才库方面进行投资，以加强更多地区的供应链，从而提升我们的多国生产能力;及所得税开支增加约40万美元。实际税率由2024年上半年约14.7%上升至回顾期间的约18.0%。于2024年上半年若干附属公司拥有未动用税项亏损，而该等未动用税项亏损于2025年上半年已不可再用。
