Pen Underwriting expands capacity partnership with SiriusPoint to cover PI risks

July 17 - (The Insurer) - Gallagher's UK-based MGA Pen Underwriting has expanded its capacity partnership with global (re)insurer SiriusPoint to include international professional indemnity $(PI)$ risks.
SiriusPoint will provide 100% capacity to Pen for its international PI portfolio.
It will provide coverage for PI risks outside the UK and Ireland, for multiple professions and across locations.
In April 2024, SiriusPoint agreed to act as a long-term capacity provider for Pen's specialist social housing practice.
