智通财经APP讯，联邦制药(03933)发布公告，2025年7月18日，本公司与独家配售代理订立《配售协议》,本公司已经同意委聘独家配售代理、而独家配售代理亦同意接受委聘，以尽力促使买家按配售股份每股14.16港元的配售价，认购最多1.56亿股配售股份。每股配售价14.16港元较2025年7月17日收市价每股15.38港元折让约7.93%。
假设配售项目得以完成并且配售股份获全数配售，募集所得总额约22.09亿港元，估计(在扣除相关开支费用后)所得净额约21.68亿港元。按此基础，配售股份每股净价约13.90港元。
本公司拟将配售项目所得款项净额中约13.01亿港元用作建设和扩充生产设施、加强外部合作、扩展国际业务及其他一般公司用途的资本开支，所得款项净额中约8.67亿港元用于创新候选产品的研发，包括UBT251的临床试验，以及其他开发中产品。
