* 同意配发及发行合共25,900,000股认购股份，每股认购股份之认购价为50.50港元，总代价约为1,307,950,000港元
* 每股认购价50.5港元较H股于7月16日收市价每股55.45港元折让约8.93%
* 所得款项净额50%用于在具身智能、智能设备、区块链、真实世界资产$(RWA.UK)$及稳定币等新兴领域；40%用于全球业务务拓展及具身智能、智能设备、区块链、真实世界资产(RWA)及稳定币等新兴领域的潜在并购
