This acquisition will enhance ONAR's capabilities by integrating Retina.ai's deep-learning customer lifetime value prediction, churn forecasting, and campaign-level ROI modeling into its existing services. The merger with ONAR's Cortex platform is expected to provide real-time insights into customer profitability, benefiting clients such as Unilever and Dollar Shave Club.
