智通财经APP讯，建滔积层板(01888)发布公告，于2025年7月17日，建滔集团有限公司(建滔集团)的全资附属公司建滔投资有限公司(建滔投资)与中信里昂证券有限公司订立配售协议，据此，建滔投资委任配售代理按尽力基准促使买方以每股配售股份10.00港元的价格认购最多7850万股于公司股本中每股面值0.10港元的普通股。受限于配售协议所载的先决条件的满足(或豁免)，配售结算预计将于2025年7月22日进行。
于本公告日期，建滔集团直接及间接(包括透过建滔投资)拥有23.01亿股股份的权益，占公司现有已发行股本约73.76%。紧接在7850万股配售股份配售完成后的基础上，建滔集团将直接及间接拥有22.23亿股股份的权益，占公司已发行股本约71.25%。公司仍将为建滔集团非全资附属公司。
