7月18日金融一线消息，中国人民银行四川省分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，四川三台农村商业银行股份有限公司违反账户管理规定，未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，未按规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告，违反反假货币业务管理规定，占压财政存款或者资金，违反信用信息采集、提供、查询及相关管理规定，被给予警告并罚款85.42万元。

　　刘某（时任四川三台农村商业银行股份有限公司会计运营部总经理）对该行未按规定履行客户身份识别义务和未按规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告负有直接责任，被罚款3万元。

　　赵某华（时任四川三台农村商业银行股份有限公司潼瞩滨恳汕扩镪继支行副行长）对该行未按规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告负有直接责任，被罚款1.5万元。

　　魏某（时任四川三台农村商业银行股份有限公司西平支行行长）对该行未按规定履行客户身份识别义务负有直接责任，被罚款1.5万元。
