2025年7月18日，ASX上市石墨企业NOVONIX Limited（澳交所代码：NVX）周五发布公告称，美国商务部日前发布初步裁定，将对自中国进口的负极活性材料（AAM）征收93.5%的反倾销税。

NOVONIX公告称，叠加此前已实施的11.5%反补贴税（CVD）、特朗普政府30%的对华通用关税及301条款下的25%加征关税，AAM的综合有效税率将达到160%。

公告表示，此次反倾销调查主要针对中国出口至美国的合成石墨和天然石墨材料，旨在确定其是否以低于公允市场价值的价格出售，根据美国商务部的说法，此举是为保护本土制造商免受不公平贸易行为的冲击。

NOVONIX 公司首席执行官迈克尔·克朗利（Michael O’Kronley）称这一裁定进一步凸显在北美建立本土关键矿物供应链的战略紧迫性，特别是在合成石墨等电池核心材料领域。

NOVONIX 拥有目前北美人造石墨生产基地。其位于查塔努加的 Riverside 工厂正在扩建，预计年产能将达到20,000吨。同时，公司也在本地建设第二家人造石墨工厂“Enterprise South”，两者合计将使 NOVONIX 在查塔努加地区的总产能超过50,000吨/年，以满足电动车、储能、国防及工业领域对高性能石墨日益增长的需求。
