据21财经，从宝马获悉，华晨宝马汽车有限公司与南京市建邺区已正式签署合作协议，宣布设立全资子公司“宝马（南京）信息技术有限公司”，原领悦数字信息技术有限公司南京分公司（领悦南京）将实现独立运营。宝马称，该公司将成为宝马集团全球六大信息技术研发中心之一，同时也是宝马集团在中国设立的首个且唯一的信息技术研发中心。
