据路透，Meta CEO扎克伯格(Mark Zuckerberg)和集团现任及前任董事等11名被告，与一批投资者达成和解协议，这批投资者指控Facebook侵犯用户隐私，令到公司蒙受损失而兴讼。案件刚开庭审理一天，双方代表律师周四便公布和解协议。双方没有向法官Kathaleen McCormick提及和解条款。McCormick宣布休庭，并对双方达成和解感到欣慰。据悉，该等投资者曾在起诉状索偿80亿美元。案件涉及美国贸易委员会(FTC)在2019年向Meta罚款50亿美元的事宜。当时，FTC指Facebook违反双方在2012年达成的保障用户隐私和解协议。
