高盛正启动一项计划，旨在劝阻那些已经获得全职工作机会的实习生跳槽到私募股权公司和其他竞争对手。

　　根据媒体看到的一份内部备忘录显示，对于那些有意向从事买方（buy-side）工作的人，高盛将提供“早期入职机会”。入选的申请者将获得全职工作邀约，加入投资银行部门，两年后将转入其资产管理部门（拥有私募市场部门）。

　　“我们的目标是为这些才华横溢的人才提供多种选择，”全球银行和市场联席主管Dan Dees在备忘录中写道。

　　多年来，私募股权的吸引力一直让华尔街顶尖银行耿耿于怀。通过一种名为周期（on-cycle）招聘的做法，收购公司会在初级银行家即将开始在高盛等投资银行的在职培训时与他们签约，然后等他们完成培训后再录用。
