路透7月17日 - 美国商务部周四表示，将对从中国进口的阳极级石墨初步征收93.5%的反倾销税。该材料是电动汽车电池的关键组成部分，商务部认定其在美国的售价低于公平市场价值。
据路透查看的一份商务部情况说明书显示，所有中国生产商的反倾销和现金保证金税率统一为93.5%。
商务部表示，该命令涉及2023年价值达3.471亿美元的进口。关税适用于碳含量按重量计算至少为90%的阳极级石墨材料，形式可以是合成石墨、天然石墨或二者的混合体。
另外，商务部于5月20日对中国阳极级石墨材料进行了一项平行但独立的反补贴调查，并对大多数生产商初步征收6.55%的反补贴税。
针对该材料的最终反倾销税和反补贴税将于2025年12月5日前确定。(完)
