智通财经APP讯，昊天国际建投(01341)发布公告，于2025年7月18日，配售代理与公司订立配售协议，据此公司有条件同意透过配售代理以尽力方式配售合共最多15.24亿股配售股份，配售价格为每股0.2港元，予不少于六名认购方，而该等认购方及其最终实益拥有人将为独立于公司及其关连人士的第三方。
最多15.24亿股配售股份相当于经配售股份悉数配发及发行后扩大后股本约16.44%(假设于配售协议日期至配售完成日期期间公司已发行股份数目并无变动)。配售价格每股0.2港元相当于：(i)较2025年7月18日联交所所报股份收市价每股港币0.228元折让约12.28%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售，最高净所得款项约为3亿港元。公司拟将配售所得的估计净款项用作集团的一般营运资金及╱ 或偿还集团的债务。
