公告要点:公司发布2025H1业绩快报,业绩符合我们预期。2025H1,公司实现营业收入923.67亿元,同比+1.03%,实现归母净利润63.37亿元,同比-10.22%。2025H1公司开启新的产品周期,实现销量和营业收入的同比增长,同时加速构建直连用户的新渠道模式,以及加大新车型、新技术的上市宣传及品牌提升,投入增加导致净利润波动。分季度来看,2025Q2公司实现营业收入523.48亿元,同环比+7.8%/+30.8%,实现归母净利润45.86亿元,同环比+19.1%/+161.9%,实现扣非归母净利润21.13亿元,同环比-41.7%/+43.8%。
产品结构转型,魏品牌销量高增。销量结构上,长城汽车Q2批发销量31.3万辆,同环比分别+10.07%/+21.87%。分品牌来看,哈弗/魏牌/坦克/欧拉/皮卡销量分别为17.7/2.1/4.6/0.7/6.2万辆,同比+24.7%/+106.4%/-4.5%/-57.9%/-7.6%,魏品牌持续实现高增长。公司Q2新能源销量9.8万辆,同环比分别+33.7%/+56.4%,Q2新能源渗透率达31.3%。出口方面,公司Q2共出口10.7万辆,同环比分别-1.8%/+17.5%,出口占比达到34.1%。
秉持长期主义,公司坚持智能化、越野、生态出海三大长板。智能化方面,公司推进安全智能化,全新蓝山高山搭载Coffee Pilot智能辅助驾驶系统,全面实现城市NOA,车机维度Coffee OS3智慧空间系统不断迭代。越野方面,公司强化越野优势,坦克300Hi4-T获2025环塔拉力赛T2.E组冠军,二代哈弗H9获T2.1量产燃油组总冠军。生态出海方面,公司推进One GWM品牌战略,长城汽车入选2025中国全球化品牌50强TOP20,越野皮卡车型在南美、澳洲、东南亚等地关注度持续较高。
盈利预测与投资评级:我们维持公司2025/2026/2027年营业收入预期分别为2195/2376/2538亿元,同比+8.6%/+8.3%/+6.8%。维持2025/2026/2027年归母净利润预期分别为123/139/144亿元,同比-3.3%/+12.9%/+3.7%。2025~2027年对应EPS分别为1.43/1.62/1.68元,对应PE估值分别为15/14/13倍。公司智能化与全球化持续加速,维持“买入”评级。
