7月18日，协合新能源（00182）发布公告，宣布终止与依兰县协合、泰鸣公司及青海顺霆的出售协议。公告指出，原定于2025年6月30日前达成的首批交割先决条件未能实现，且买方与公司未能就未达成的条件的履行期限达成一致，导致所有出售协议自动终止。董事会表示，尽管出售收益及现金回收未能实现，但出售协议的终止不会对公司的现有业务、运营或财务状况产生重大不利影响。
