7月17日，国际原油期货上涨。美国WTI原油期货8月合约结算价报67.54美元/桶，涨幅1.16美元或1.7%。布伦特原油期货9月合约结算价报69.52美元/桶，涨幅1.00美元或1.5%。
成本面：原油方面消息博弈，周内价格跌多涨少，外加纯苯下游需求疲软，纯苯周内价格下跌运行。继续关注原油、外盘走势，及产销动态。
供需面：苯乙烯装置出现降负和短停，供应端有所减少，但港口库存持续增加。需求方面，下游三S处于需求淡季，刚需采购，对苯乙烯支撑不足。
苯乙烯外盘：7月17日亚洲地区对苯乙烯市场收盘价格下跌5美元/吨，收盘价格为885-895美元/吨FOB韩国和895-905美元/吨CFR中国。。
后市预测：当前苯乙烯市场基本面弱势难改，部分下游亏损扩大以及成品库存偏高压力下继续停车减负，苯乙烯供需预期偏弱，预计短期后市苯乙烯市场弱势运行。
