金吾财讯 | 华泰证券表示，7月14日，甘肃发改委公开征求《甘肃省关于建立发电侧容量电价机制的通知（征求意见稿）》意见的公告发布。征求意见稿表示，甘肃电力现货市场已正式运行，建立发电侧容量电价机制。煤电机组、电网侧新型储能容量电价标准暂按每年每千瓦330元执行，执行期限2年。执行期满后，根据市场运行情况、机组运行成本等另行测算确定。本次甘肃省容量电价政策给予支持力度较大，对其他省份具备一定借鉴意义，随着各省136号文件承接方案逐步落地，储能盈利模式将不断清晰，盈利改善预期有望进一步刺激储能需求增长，看好国内储能市场短、中、长期需求提升。该机构认为具备技术与产品优势的企业产业话语权有望提升。
