智通财经APP讯，英诺赛科(02577)发布公告，公司董事会近日收到刘丽华的辞任申请，因工作变动塬因，刘丽华辞去公司的联席公司秘书职务，刘丽华的辞任自2025年7月18日(即取得香港联合交易所有限公司(香港联交所)豁免公司秘书资格的批准之日)起生效。
公司第一届董事会第十九次会议审议通过《关于变更联席公司秘书的议案》，同意聘任余晓桐为联席公司秘书，其将与钟明辉共同履行公司秘书的职责，任职自2025年7月18日(即取得香港联交所豁免公司秘书资格的批准之日)起生效。
