消息面上，据央视新闻，美国英伟达公司创始人兼首席执行官黄仁勋7月15日透露两个进展：美国已批准H20芯片销往中国、英伟达将推出RTXpro GPU。此外，近日有报道指英伟达CEO黄仁勋董事长雷军会面。
里昂发表研究报告指，此前金山云曾因H20禁令导致芯片供应紧张，需要与服务器租赁方分享收入，并将第二季毛利率指引下调至14%，全年经调整经营利润率预料录得低单位数跌幅，相信潜在的英伟达B30及H20交付将可缓解其芯片短缺问题，带来利润率上行空间，予“跑赢大市”评级，目标价17美元。
