TradingKey - GENIUS法案获批通过，催动华尔街银行巨头加速进军稳定币业务。
当地时间周四，美国众议院通过三项加密货币法案。其中，CLARITY法案与反CBDC监控州法案将被送往参议院做进一步的审议。此外，针对稳定币的GENIUS法案已通过参议院审议，接下来将移交给总统特朗普签署正式成为法律，预计当地时间周五完成。
面对稳定币的崛起，华尔街各大银行巨头纷纷将其视为支付控制权的威胁。其中，美国银行CEO莫伊尼汉警告，银行业必须应对稳定币的崛起，防止客户转向新的合作伙伴。
为了应对稳定币的袭击，美银、花旗、摩根大通等银行已经宣布探索稳定币业务，以跟上竞争对手的步伐。目前，纯粹的稳定币相关企业有泰达（Tether）、Circle（CRCL），Coinbase（COIN）、Binance等，而Visa、PayPal等传统企业也已经涉足该领域。
