Kingston Resources Reprices Warrants Issued to Nominees

Kingston Resources (ASX:KSN) adjusted the exercise price of several classes of warrants issued to nominees Pure Asset Management and Horley, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company repriced 25 million units of its warrants expiring July 7, 2027, to AU$0.0816 from AU$0.20, the filing said.

The company also repriced 35.7 million units of warrants expiring June 29, 2028, to AU$0.0816 from AU$0.14 and 69.7 million units of warrants expiring Feb. 23, 2028, to AU$0.0879 from AU$0.118, the filing said.

Shares of the company rose nearly 2% in recent Friday trade.
