英国石油公司（BP）周五表示，已同意将其美国陆上风电业务bp Wind Energy出售给美国输电系统运营商LS Power。

　　在其股价表现落后于竞争对手后，投资者要求英国石油提高盈利能力的压力越来越大，该公司一直在剥离资产和合作伙伴关系。

　　这笔交易是在英国石油CEO默里·奥金克洛斯计划削减可再生能源方面的投资，并增加石油和天然气方面的支出，以提高回报之际达成的。

　　英国石油表示，被出售后的bp Wind Energy将由LS Power的投资组合公司Clearlight Energy拥有和运营。
