新华财经北京7月17日电 银河证券研报认为，中央城市工作会议指出，我国城镇化正从快速增长期转向稳定发展期，城市发展正从大规模增量扩张阶段转向存量提质增效为主的阶段。

会议提出7方面任务，包括优化现代化城市体系，分类推进以县城为重要载体的城镇化建设，继续推进农业转移人口市民化；建设富有活力的创新城市，高质量开展城市更新；建设舒适便利的宜居城市，稳步推进城中村和危旧房改造；建设绿色低碳的美丽城市；建设安全可靠的韧性城市，加快老旧管线改造升级，强化城市自然灾害防治；建设崇德向善的文明城市；建设便捷高效的智慧城市等。

与城市更新、城中村改造、老旧小区改造相关的建筑央国企、规划设计咨询、园林工程、装修装饰等板块或将迎来投资机会，尤其是改造的重点区域的地方国企和当地的优质龙头建筑企业更有望受益。
