Mineral Commodities (ASX:MRC) received a non-refundable payment of 1 million pounds sterling from Norge Mineraler for the sale of its Skaland Graphite project in Norway, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Norge will make available up to 410,000 pounds sterling for costs, which will not be applied against the purchase price.
The company expects to complete the deal by Oct. 31, the filing added.
