Prosafe SE has made significant progress in its restructuring process, following the announcement of a recapitalization plan worth USD 193 million. This plan involves the issuance of 321,635,718 new shares and an offering of up to 17,868,651 warrants to existing shareholders as of May 16, 2025. The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority has approved a prospectus related to this recapitalization, which aims to list the new shares on Euronext Oslo Børs. The recapitalization is expected to become effective shortly, contingent upon the registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. This registration is anticipated to occur around July 21, 2025, at which point Prosafe's registered share capital will be adjusted to EUR 3,395,043.69, divided into 339,504,369 shares.
