智通财经APP讯，华宝国际(00336)公布，预期该集团于2025年上半年取得税前利润约人民币1.512亿元至人民币1.772亿元，较2024年同期约人民币0.790亿元上升约91.3%至124.3%，该增幅主要由于2024年同期确认了商誉减值约人民币0.293亿元、其他资产减值约人民币0.202亿元及联营公司投资的减值拨备约人民币0.480亿元所致，而本报告期间则没有类似减值拨备。
于本报告期间，该集团的非香港财务报告准则计量(已扣除股份为基础的薪酬开支约人民币0.724亿元后)的税前利润，约人民币2.236亿元至人民币2.496亿元，较去年同期按非香港财务报告准则计量的税前利润人民币2.211亿元(已扣除股份为基础的薪酬开支、商誉减值、其他资产减值及就联营公司投资作出的减值拨备合共约人民币1.421亿元)增长约1.1%至12.9%。
