Route Mobile (NSE:ROUTE, BOM:543228) witnessed a decline in its consolidated attributable profit to 532.1 million Indian rupees in the fiscal first quarter ended June 30, against 785.2 million rupees ago.
Earnings per share contracted to 8.45 rupees compared with a year-ago figure of 12.51 rupees, according to a post-market hours filing on Thursday by the cloud communications company.
The company's shares were down over 4% in recent trade.
Revenue from operations in fiscal Q1 also fell to 10.5 billion rupees compared with 11.0 billion rupees a year earlier.
The company's board recommend a first interim dividend of 3 rupees per equity share of 10 rupees each for the financial year 2025-26.
