【中银证券全球首席经济学家：美元稳定币不是美国法偿货币，不宜神话、迷信稳定币】金色财经报道，据财新网披露，在近日中国宏观经济论坛（CMF）的线上研讨会上，中银证券全球首席经济学家管涛表示，美元稳定币不是美国的法偿货币，缺乏主权信用的保障，对于稳定币可以采取“观望”态度，不必急于一时，没必要“神话”、“迷信”稳定币，应当要保持发展数字货币和推进人民币国际化的战略定力。管涛认为，微信、支付宝等第三方支付的客户资金全额托管在人民银行，也类似于1比1的稳定币发行，现实中支付结算也仍然使用人民币。
