蓝鲸新闻7月18日讯，近日，中国人民银行乐山市分行发布了罚单，剑指乐山农村商业银行股份有限公司及其时任党委书记、董事长白某金。
罚单显示，乐山农村商业银行股份有限公司的主要违法违规行为是：违反金融统计管理规定、反洗钱管理规定、国库管理规定、人民币银行结算账户管理规定。
针对以上问题，中国人民银行乐山市分行对其警告并处以161.82万元罚款。
此外，时任党委书记、董事长白某金，因对乐山农村商业银行股份有限公司违反反洗钱管理规定的违法行为负有直接责任，被罚款4万元。
