根据谅解备忘录，双方将结合各自在产业、产品、通路、资源及技术等方面的优势。广西正好将致力于透过其品牌规划、通路投入、业绩成长方案设计、区块链技术及自有电商平台，提升公司及其子公司的鞋履、服装及其他相关产品的市场销售及品牌知名度，并利用区块链技术实现本集团产品销售的精准化管理。此外，集团将为广西正好打造的电商平台旗下首家自营店供应优质的鞋服产品。双方相信，此次策略合作将增强双方在各自领域之市场竞争力。
集团一直致力于物色并探索具有高获利潜力的合适项目及╱或投资，以多元化集团业务并为股东带来回报。董事相信，该谅解备忘录将提升集团服装产品在中国的品牌影响力及销售量。
