智通财经APP获悉，由美国总统特朗普长子小唐纳德·特朗普担任董事的线上枪支零售商GrabAGun(PEW.US)周三上市首日遭遇滑铁卢，股价暴跌近24%，截至周四盘前，该股续跌约10%。
据了解，该公司通过与特殊目的收购公司Colombier II(CLBR.US)合并实现在纽约证券交易所公开上市。此次合并交易为GrabAGun募集总金额达1.79亿美元，扣除相关费用后净融资额超1.19亿美元。
募集资金将用于补充营运资金等用途，以加速推进企业增长计划、并购战略及其他常规支出。根据上月提交的招股说明书显示，小特朗普预计将持有该公司30万股股票，约占其总股本的1%。
小特朗普在接受采访时表示：“能够重返纽交所并推动一家枪支企业成功上市，感觉就像是对过去十年来在美国目睹和遭遇的所有疯狂‘觉醒主义’闹剧的有力回击。”
除担任GrabAGun董事外，小特朗普还兼任无人机制造商Unusual Machines(UMAC.US)的顾问，并担任自诩为“反觉醒”的线上交易平台PublicSquare的董事会成员。
