考虑到公司的全资附属公司裕承资产管理有限公司亦根据证券及期货条例获发牌可从事第1类(证券交易)、第4类(就证券提供意见)及第9类(提供资产管理)受规管活动(即与目标公司相同)，出售事项可使集团透过将该等受规管活动相关的所有资源和人力集中于裕承资产管理有限公司来精简业务营运，提升附属公司的整体效率及专注度。其亦会带来额外现金流入并可重新分配资源以增加集团的流动资金，支持未来发展及增长计划。此战略决策符合集团的长期目标，促进可持续发展。
