Webull (BULL) shares rose more than 1% in premarket Thursday trading after the company it will integrate Webull Pay back into the Webull group as it aims to reintroduce crypto trading following launch in Brazil.
Additionally, the company said it expected to make crypto trading available in US, through the Webull app, during Q3.
The consolidation is structured as a business combination that will result in the parent company of Webull Pay becoming a subsidiary of Webull Corporation, the company said.
