Odaily星球日报讯 Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company（BSTR）宣布将通过与纳斯达克上市的 SPAC 公司 Cantor Equity Partners I（CEPO）合并上市，预计于 2025 年第四季度完成，合并后股票代码为 BSTR。 交易完成后，BSTR 将持有 30,021 枚比特币，成为全球第四大上市比特币金库。 此次交易还包含高达 15 亿美元的私募融资（PIPE），包括： 4 亿美元普通股融资（每股 10 美元）； 7.5 亿美元可转债融资（转股价 13 美元）； 3.5 亿美元可转优先股融资（部分已认购）。 此外，已有来自长期持币者的 5021 枚比特币认购，同时创始股东（包括 Blockstream）将提供 25,000 枚比特币支持。 BSTR CEO 为比特币资深人物、Blockstream CEO 兼 Hashcash 发明人 Adam Back，CIO 为前对冲基金经理 Sean Bill，致力于构建比特币原生资本市场及服务主权和国企的金库解决方案。
