澳洲最大的酒类零售集团 Endeavour(拥有Dan Murphy’s和BWS连锁) 原计划彻底脱离母公司 Woolworths超市集团 的技术系统,但如今宣布将分离计划推迟到2030年,等于关键一环“暂时放弃”。
这距离Endeavour在2021年正式从Woolworths分拆、在ASX上市已过去4年,但两者在运营中仍深度绑定,包括库存管理、系统支持、供应链和人力资源服务等关键环节。

据内部人士透露,Endeavour的首席转型官 Harinder Saluja 向员工发内部信称:
“我们决定延长与Woolies的门店服务协议,至2030年。”
这一决定意味着“One Endeavour项目” —— 即系统脱钩计划,被实质上叫停。
虽然该项目早在五年前就提出,但至今只有“人力与薪资系统”实现了真正脱钩。
此前内部文件显示:
2025财年中期,Endeavour披露“已投入1.68亿澳元”,预计2027年后将逐步下降。
Endeavour招股书显示,公司每年仍需向Woolworths支付:
一位知情人士直言:
“这些问题本该18个月前就由董事会踩刹车,现在才动手,代价只会越来越高。”
