Eric Sprott, through 2176423 Ontario Ltd., increased his stake in the company by acquiring 9,288,734 common shares for C$1.86 million, now holding approximately 17.2% of the company's shares. The securities are held for investment purposes, with Mr. Sprott maintaining a long-term view. Certain insiders of the company also participated, acquiring an aggregate of 10,288,734 shares, constituting a "related-party transaction." The company utilized exemptions from formal valuation and minority security holder approval requirements due to the offering's fair market value not exceeding 25% of its market capitalization.
