Clover Health Investments Corp. has appointed Joseph Oldakowski as Vice President of Finance and Controller. In his new role, Oldakowski will report to CFO Peter Kuipers and oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions. Oldakowski brings extensive experience in finance and accounting, having previously served as Vice President and Corporate Controller at Point32Health.
