中访网数据  中信证券股份有限公司（600030）间接子公司CSI MTN Limited于2025年7月18日在其境外中期票据计划下发行一笔票据，发行金额为2000万美元。此次发行后，该中票计划下已发行票据的本金余额合计达28.83亿美元。中信证券全资子公司中信证券国际有限公司为本次发行提供无条件及不可撤销的担保。

公告显示，本次担保已通过公司董事会及股东大会授权，符合公司债务融资工具发行计划。被担保人CSI MTN Limited为中信证券国际100%控股的特殊目的公司（SPV），注册于英属维尔京群岛，主要从事债券发行业务。截至2024年底，该公司总资产约2.11亿美元，负债总额2.11亿美元，2024年度净利润为-0.03万美元。

中信证券表示，此次票据发行旨在补充担保人集团的营运资金，风险可控，不会损害公司及股东利益。截至公告日，公司及控股子公司对外担保总额为1683.19亿元人民币，占最近一期经审计净资产的57.43%，无逾期担保情况。

此次担保是中信证券境外融资的常规操作，体现了公司通过多元化融资渠道优化资金结构的战略布局。
