智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)发布公告，公司近期收到公司执行董事兼总经理车建兴先生递交的辞任函。车先生因个人原因，申请辞去总经理职务。彼将继续担任执行董事及董事会战略与投资委员会和提名委员会委员。
于2025年7月18日，董事会批准委任公司执行董事兼副总经理施姚峰先生担任总经理，任期自获董事会批准之日起至第五届董事会任期届满之日止。
公司近期收到非执行董事李建宏先生递交的辞任函。李先生因个人原因，申请辞去非执行董事、战略与投资委员会委员职务。
于2025年7月18日，董事会进一步建议委任徐国峰先生担任非执行董事，但须经股东于本公司将适时召开的股东大会批准。徐先生获委任为非执行董事后，彼亦将担任战略与投资委员会委员。
