** Regional lender Huntington Bancshares' HBAN.O shares fall 2.8% to $16.51

** HBAN now expects net interest income to grow between 8% and 9% in 2025, compared with prior forecast of 5% and 7% rise

** Market consensus expects HBAN NII to rise 9.1% this year - data compiled by LSEG

** "The updated NII outlook vs. consensus may weigh on shares over near term though the loan growth appears conservative," Stephens analyst Terry McEvoy says

** "Given updated guidance revisions already priced in by the Street, we expect reaction to be fairly muted," Citi analyst Keith Horowitz says
