　　摩根大通正在将研究范围扩大到非上市企业，这是这家华尔街银行利用这一快速增长领域的最新举措。

　　据一名知情人士透露，摩根大通首先将从那些非上市企业在塑造产业格局和推动创新方面发挥重要作用的领域入手，例如人工智能（AI）和软件行业。作为第一步，该行周五启动了对OpenAI的研究。

　　据内部备忘录，摩根大通全球研究主管Hussein Malik表示，与传统针对上市公司的股票研究不同，这项新的研究服务不会对非上市企业提供评级、目标价或预测。他表示，目标是为投资客户提供结构化的信息和追踪。

　　“非上市公司在塑造行业增长和前景方面发挥着越来越重要的作用，”Malik在致客户的对外说明中指出。“无论对于公开市场还是私募市场的投资者，理解它们的影响对于做出明智的投资决策都至关重要。”
