Ballard Mining Ltd (ASX股票代码:BM1) 周一（7月14日）澳交所首秀，终盘暴涨48.00%，报收0.37澳元。

锂业公司Delta Lithium Limited（ASX:DLI）剥离旗下位于西澳州Goldfields地区的Mt Ida项目全部黄金资产，打包置入Ballard Mining并成功推动BM1实现 IPO上市。

Ballard Mining IPO发行价每股0.25澳元，共发行1.2亿股，总计募资3000万澳元，主理券商为Argonaut Securities、Bell Potter Securities。

招股书显示，据2025年4月更新的资源量报告，Mt Ida项目总资源量为1030万吨，金品位3.33g/t，含黄金110万盎司。该项目Baldock矿床及更广阔的矿权区内存在发现大型金矿系统的前景。

BM1董事会已聘请采矿行业资深高管兼工程师Paul Brennan担任BM1董事总经理。

上市后Delta Lithium仍为BM1最大股东，持股约46%。
